Interior drain tile, sump basins, and vapor barrier wall systems installed by technicians who've done this hundreds of times in Hanover, PA basements.
Basement waterproofing mistakes usually come down to one thing: fixing the symptom instead of the source. A contractor who paints over a wet wall without checking cove joint condition or exterior grading is setting you up for the same call again in a year or two.
Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Our Hanover, PA crews are staffed locally, so a wet basement call doesn't sit in a national queue for a week.
You get one written number before drilling starts, covering drain tile, sump basin, and discharge line.
Thermal imaging helps us confirm whether a stain is active moisture or an old, already-fixed leak.
Every Hanover, PA Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We route drain tile beneath the existing slab line so flooring disruption stays minimal during installation.
Every drain tile system needs a properly sized sump pump — we calculate basin size and pump horsepower from your square footage and local water table depth.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Hanover, PA leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
A dimpled plastic membrane behind any finished basement wall channels residual moisture down to the drain tile instead of trapping it behind drywall.
Poor window well drainage is one of the most overlooked Hanover, PA basement leak sources, and it's often the cheapest fix on the list.
You describe what you're seeing — a wet spot, a musty smell, standing water — and we get a rough read on urgency before dispatching anyone.
A technician walks the basement with a moisture meter, checking walls, floor, and cove joints to trace the water back to its actual source.
We explain the reasoning behind the recommended system so you know exactly what you're paying for and why.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.

Every Hanover, PA quote is itemized in writing so you can see exactly what drives the total.
Yes — interior drain tile requires cutting a channel along the slab edge, which we patch with concrete once the system is installed.
Larger basements or those needing extensive crack repair can take a bit longer — we'll give you a realistic timeline in the written quote.
If the crack is actively weeping or part of a larger drainage issue, we'll recommend a full system instead of a spot fix.
Coverage depends on your policy and the cause of the water intrusion — we can document conditions for a claim, but approval is up to your insurer.
Warranty terms are often transferable if you sell the property later.
If your Hanover address falls just outside our standard coverage zone, call anyway — we often still make the trip for basement emergencies.
